*** COVID 19 NOTICE ***
Due to lower staffing levels and nationwide stock shortages we are not able to fulfil our usual lead times in some of our products and our customer service/response times are greatly increased. We are doing our best during these difficult times and so thank you for your patience. Please see the below lead times and information:
- Email Response times: Up to 5 working days
- Made to order items: Running as normal but with slightly longer courier times
- Items direct from distributor: Please email for us to check as many items are on back order.
- Stocked Items: Please do check if order is urgent, but in general most items are ok with the exception of problems with Handleless Profile, Legrabox and Wesco.
- Samples & Swatches: All orders collected via Royal Mail for delivery just once per week to be shipped out.

Unfortunately some custom items are resetting to small amounts or £0 when entering the basket. If this is the case either place the order and we will request the additional amount or please get in touch first and we can invoice you. This issue currently won't be fixed until the back end of Sep/Oct.^[close]
